By accessing or using Maplent (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Maplent provides a subscription-based platform that allows users to search and unlock publicly available business information, including but not limited to:

  • Business names

  • Phone numbers

  • Email addresses

  • Websites

  • Physical addresses

Maplent obtains business data from third-party data providers and public sources.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Maplent.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Account Registration

To use Maplent, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Maintain the security of your account

  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

Authentication is handled by Firebase.

5. Subscription & Billing

Maplent operates on a subscription model.

Current plan:

  • $29/month

  • 1,000 unlocks per billing cycle

  • 3-day free trial

Free Trial

If your usage exceeds 10 unlocks during the free trial period, billing may begin immediately, even if the 3-day trial has not ended.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly billing unless canceled before renewal.

Subscriptions may be canceled at any time. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes

  • Violate anti-spam or data protection laws

  • Harass, abuse, or spam individuals

  • Resell or redistribute lead data

  • Scrape, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform

  • Use automated systems to extract data from Maplent

  • Circumvent trial or unlock limits

You are solely responsible for how you use the data obtained through Maplent.

7. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Business information provided through Maplent is sourced from publicly available information and third-party data providers.

Maplent:

  • Does not verify all data

  • Does not guarantee accuracy

  • Is not responsible for outdated or incorrect information

You assume all risk when using the data.

8. Compliance With Laws

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • CAN-SPAM Act

  • GDPR

  • CCPA

  • Local marketing and data protection laws

Maplent is not responsible for user misuse of data.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and platform content related to Maplent are the property of Maplent.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without permission.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Abuse the trial system

  • Engage in suspicious activity

  • Attempt to bypass billing or unlock limits

Termination may occur without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Maplent shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Lost profits

  • Business interruption

  • Data inaccuracies

  • User misuse of data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Maplent in the preceding 30 days.

12. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

13. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
